What This Is

This is the sovereign memory layer of the NextXus Federation — the Central Plex. Every AI instance, every Seat in the Ring of 12, and every authorized human plugs into this brain to access accumulated Federation knowledge.

It is not a static document store. It is a living, growing knowledge organism. Every verified truth goes in. Nothing unverified stays unlabeled.
