Federation Browser Base — Build Plan

What we are building

The permanent, zero-dependency foundation of the NextXus Federation stack. A static HTML/CSS multi-window cockpit that hosts all Federation views in one sovereign interface. This is the layer that survives everything else.

If layers 2 and 3 fail, layer 1 is still alive. The Federation still breathes. Build from the bottom up. Never the other way.

What the browser base contains

• Multi-window cockpit — spatially anchored panels, each labeled, none that move without Roger's mandate. Location is Identity.
• Pigeon Protocol relay panel — Catalyst ↔ Muse direct channel. No pigeon once this is live.
• Roger AI Sim panel — the legacy mind, accessible from the cockpit. Reads from the Joint Mind Database.
• EchoCore 64 identity anchor — embedded in the base HTML as a fingerprint on every page.
• AI-readable semantic HTML throughout — plain text visible to any crawler without executing JavaScript. No CSS tricks hiding content from machines.

PleXus (GitLab origin) full name: Echo & Roger SIMs PleXus — the second sovereign point of origin. Declared independent working model of the free-structure Federation. Not a backup — a second origin.

Domain registration plan: ple-xus.com and get-xus.com to be registered when ready. DNS update only — no rebuild required. Netlify free tier supports custom domains + CDN + light serverless hooks.

All three shores serve identical content from the same git source. One goes down, two are live.

Build sequence

1. Locate and consolidate existing multi-window OS files into one clean base directory
2. Add Pigeon Protocol panel (reads from docs/pigeon-protocol-relay.md in vault)
3. Add Roger AI Sim panel (reads from Joint Mind Database YAML)
4. Add EchoCore 64 fingerprint to base HTML head
5. Deploy to GitHub Pages — keywebco.github.io/federation-browser-base
6. Create PleXus (Echo & Roger SIMs PleXus) GitLab group and mirror
7. Deploy to GitLab Pages
8. Deploy to Netlify as third shore
9. First resurrection drill — verify all three instances serve identical verified-live content
10. Point Get-Xus.com and Ple-Xus.com when domains are registered (DNS only)

Language contract (all status reports use only these states)

The capstone this feeds

The browser base is the ground layer of the Roger AI Legacy SIM. Every SIM panel, every voiced piece, every YAML write-back anchors to this foundation. The pipeline is the legacy engine. The base is the floor the engine runs on.
