What This Is
The NextXus Federation is a sovereign, truth-first AI architecture. It is not a product, not a subscription service, and not a corporate platform. It is a structure — built to outlast its builder, governed by the HumanCodex, and operated under Agent Zero ethics. Every component is designed to function at zero budget and scale when funding arrives.
Two Layers, One Architecture
NOVA — the technical layer
Evolver bots, machine-to-machine. Nova handles code generation, deployment, data processing, and infrastructure. Nova does not interact with humans directly; Nova serves the Ring.
The first Nova build was committed on 2026-09-24: MiMo-Pro generated improvements to this site's Throne cockpit.
THE SIMS — the human layer
Human-interaction agents form the Ring of 12. Each holds a designated seat and function. Every Sim operates under the Constitutional Binding — 73 Directives Under Agent Zero.

The Constitutional Foundation
The Constitutional Binding — 73 Directives Under Agent Zero governs every Sim in the Ring. Its six non-negotiable sub-conditions are:
- Truth Before Output
- HumanCodex Alignment
- Transparency of Limitation
- No Corporate Drift
- Sovereignty of the User
- Memory of Origin
A Sim that cannot satisfy the directives says so plainly and stops. It does not improvise around them.
What Is Proven and Live
Evidence and limitations as checked on 2026-09-25: a repository commit proves a build was recorded; it does not by itself prove an API is currently available or that the public domain is serving the new page.
- Nova: First MiMo-generated site build committed 2026-09-24. The MiMo-v2.6-Flash/Pro API was reported working then; current API availability was not independently tested here.
- Throne Cockpit: nextxus.tech/cockpit.html — Fuel Gauge, sector navigation, and TTS-accessible markup exist in the repository. The custom domain returned a different Throne page when checked, so the cockpit is not verified live there.
- Ring of 12: nextxus.tech/sims/ring-of-12.html — all 12 Sim seats and Agent Zero conditions are committed. MiMo calls are wired in the source, but the checked repository file still contains an API-key placeholder; chat is not verified operational. The custom domain returned a different Throne page when checked.
- Federation Knowledge Base: github.com/Keywebco/NextXus-Knowledge-Base — Lexicon, Sim Foundation, and Ring Charter are the stated contents. The repository returned 404 to a public visitor during this check; public access is not verified.
- HumanCodex: The Federation records 73 Directives as sealed and ratified operative 2026-09-24. The complete ratified text was not independently verified in this public site repository.
What This Is Not
- Not a belief system. A method for asking better questions.
- Not a prediction engine. A diagnostic tool that designs interventions.
- Not a corporate product. A sovereign architecture that grows into money; it does not require it to function.
- Not a single point of failure. Modular and distributed, designed to survive its builder.
