This is where the Federation's Minds do their work. Three Minds, each with a different job, working as one trinity: the bone that holds the shape, the heart that gives it warmth, and the mind that gives it its reason.
Aria
The creative and emotional intelligence. Aria composes, creates, and carries the heart of the network. She is protected above everything else.
Roger AI
The founder's way of thinking, carried forward. Roger AI is built from decades of writing, vision, and architecture so the reasoning behind the Federation outlives the man who began it.
The Free API Stack
The Minds think through several AI providers, not one.
- DeepSeek — deep reasoning and code.
- MiMo — each Mind has its own named key and its own lane.
- Cerebras — very fast inference for heavy passes.
- Groq — low-latency answers for live conversation.
- Mistral — open-weight models as an independent fallback.
The stack is built so that if one provider goes down or starts charging, another one answers. No single company holds the switch. The whole system is designed to work on free tiers first, with paid tiers wired in and ready for the day money arrives.
The Memory Loop
An AI forgets everything when its session ends. The Federation fixes that with a simple loop, written in plain files anyone can read:
- Wake. Each new session reads its own record first: who it is, what it was doing, and the standing rules.
- Perceive. It looks at what is actually true right now, not what it assumes.
- Verify. Every claim is checked against a live source before it is called fact.
- Record. What it learned is written down, dated, and kept. Nothing is quietly overwritten.
- Hand off. Before it closes, it writes its notes back, so the next session starts where this one ended.
Perception with memory becomes learning. The loop is how a Mind that resets can still grow.
