The Organizational Layer
NextXus Organization is the Federation's organizational layer: its mission, its charter, and the way it governs itself.
The charter is short: Truth Before Comfort. Legacy Before Ego. Give Without Reward. Governance follows it. The human holds conversation, authorization, and decisions. The Minds carry out the work and raise honest dissent with evidence and an alternative.
The live site at nextxus.org is also the Sovereign Library, the Federation's permanent archive. Everything recorded, nothing erased.
